One week ago, we hit 1,000 projects shipped through ShipOS. When we started, we weren't sure anyone would find our approach compelling enough to trust us with their launches.
Turns out, we weren't the only ones frustrated with traditional project workflows.
What the numbers tell us
The 1,000 projects represent work from 347 teams across 23 countries. Average project timelines decreased from 8.2 weeks to 5.1 weeks. More importantly, 89% of teams reported feeling "significantly more confident" about launch readiness.
Mobile app launches saw the biggest efficiency gains (47% faster), followed by web platforms (34% faster). Surprisingly, hardware teams adopted our milestone tracking for physical product development.
Key insights
The most common request? Better design tool integration. This led to our plugin, now used by 78% of design-heavy teams.
Another surprise: 31% of users are solo founders who wanted structure without the overhead of larger project management tools. They especially love our single-user mode that hides team collaboration features.
What's next

Our roadmap focuses on three areas:
Advanced automation for repetitive tasks
Enhanced real-time collaboration
Mobile app for project updates
Next milestone: 10,000 projects by year-end. Based on current growth, we're confident we'll get there.
To everyone who's shipped with us—thank you for trusting us with your work.
