ShipOS is made to help modern teams manage shipping, logistics, and fulfillment. You’re allowed to use it for commercial use — just don’t resell, repurpose, or reverse-engineer it.
3. Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your login safe. If someone logs in using your credentials and breaks stuff — that’s on you. So, use a strong password.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
ShipOS runs on a subscription basis. All charges are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan. If payment fails, we’ll retry — but after a few attempts, your account might be paused.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new users. After that, all payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Data & Privacy

7. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
8. Updates
We may update these terms as ShipOS evolves. When we do, we’ll let you know — usually by email or inside the dashboard.
